Service Controller

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you'll be at the heart of the service team-coordinating engineers, managing schedules, and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.,

• Organising and scheduling customer visits for field service engineers
• Handling incoming customer calls and service requests
• Booking and coordinating work efficiently with engineers
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely completion
• Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established plant equipment company seeking a Senior Service Controller to play a key role in keeping their operations running smoothly., Previous experience in a similar service controller, scheduling, or coordination role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive, problem-solving approach
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
  
  22 days holiday + bank holidays
