Full Job Description

We're looking for a detail-focused, proactive Service Controller to join our high-performing Service department. If you're passionate about delivering results, love coordinating people and processes, and want to grow your career while making a real impact-this is your next move. What You'll Be Driving:

Delivering the high-quality service we promise our customers
Ensuring your region meets and exceeds KPI targets
Planning and coordinating engineers for both scheduled and emergency service calls
Acting as the go-to contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams
Minimising open jobs and ensuring timely invoicing once completed
Liaising with third-party suppliers to maintain timely and professional service standards
Collaborating with the Regional Sales Managers on service performance and regional updates
Assisting other Service Controllers and supporting the broader service office as needed
