Service Co-ordinator

To manage a number of clinics / admissions for the Urology Department liaising with patients, carers and staff at all levels. Be responsible for the efficient administration of appointments from initial referral to patient attendance and finally discharge from department Ensure that the information on Nervecentre is correct and complete and to validate that information on a regular basis. Work closely and as part of a team with nursing, secretarial, administrative and medical staff associated with each clinic. Sort and distribute post to relevant staff.

• Ensure that the information on Nerve centre is correct and complete and to validate that information on a regular basis.
• Work closely and as part of a team with nursing, secretarial, administrative and medical staff associated with each clinic.
