Full Job Description

As a Service Charge Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring service charges are accurate, transparent and fair for our tenants, homeowners and leaseholders across Wiltshire and Somerset.

You'll be responsible for setting and reconciling service charges, working with large volumes of financial data and making sure we only charge what we're legally entitled to recover.

You'll:

Analyse and interpret financial data to produce accurate service charge calculations

Work closely with colleagues across the business to gather and validate information

Review leases, tenancy agreements and legal documents to ensure compliance

Apply current service charge legislation in your day-to-day work

Support customers by answering queries via phone, email and face-to-face

You'll bring:

A strong commitment to excellent customer service

Clear and confident communication skills (both written and verbal)

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

You'll also:

Be flexible in your approach to meet customer needs

Be willing to travel locally and regionally

Hold a UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle for work
