We are recruiting a Service Analyst to be based on site, primarily out of our offices in Hemel Hempstead. They will provide PC support remotely and in person, occasionally covering colleagues in the London Hub. Stock and asset management responsibilities are also a large part of the role, overseeing the storage and distribution of laptops and monitors etc. Due to the nature of the role, all successful applicants will need to be put through SC clearance before starting. What you'll be doing:

  • Building laptops with both Microsoft and Apple software ready for new starters and colleagues due a replacement device.
  • Successfully handling IT related queries to support the service delivery, within contractually agreed time frames.
  • Raising any complex issue through the right channels and follow up to make sure the incident has been resolved in timely manner.
  • Taking ownership of each query and fulfil the necessary actions, potentially liaising with colleagues, to get to the right resolution.
  • Performing inventory and other stock management tasks.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to a variety of customers across the business.
  • What you'll bring:
  • IT based qualifications or experience in a technical support environment
  • Experience in delivering and outstanding customer service across different platforms, preferably in a telephony based role
  • A natural curiosity to investigate and solve issues as quickly and accurately as possible
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to adapt them to colleagues and customers at all levels
  • It would be great if you had:
  • Experience within a Service Desk environment
  • ITIL or other relevant IT qualifications
  • Valid and existing SC Clearance
