The Service Advisor we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results' driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment. To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Hyundai brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to performance. For this role you must have the following: - · At least 2 years' customer facing experience within the automotive industry.
