accurate records.Liaising confidently with leasing companies and retail customers to gain work approvals.Identifying upsell opportunities that benefit both the customer and the department.Spotting areas for improvement to help us continuously enhance our service standards. What We're Looking ForCustomer Service experience and good understanding of how to meet customers needs.Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.Genuine passion for customer service and relationship-building.Experience selling or promoting additional services in a service environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role.A positive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment.A full UK driving license.
