Full Job Description

You'll be the key link between our customers and the workshop - making sure communication is clear, accurate and always centred around trust and transparency:
Greet customers, understand their needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Manage service bookings, workshop diaries and coordinate work with technicians
Keep customers updated throughout the service and repair process
Identify additional work and explain recommendations clearly and professionally
Prepare job cards, process invoices and maintain accurate records
Work closely with customers, technicians and parts teams to keep the workshop running smoothly
Build strong customer relationships that encourage trust and loyalty

Previous Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar customer-facing experience - motor industry experience is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident, professional and genuinely customer-first
Able to work calmly and effectively in a busy dealership environment
Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Full UK driving licence

Up to £31,500 basic salary depending on experience plus a £500 monthly performance-related bonus
