Service Advisor

The Service Advisor role plays a key part in ensuring every customer has a positive, clear and supportive experience. You'll act as the connection between our customers and our workshop team-helping people feel informed, valued and confident throughout their visit. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating clearly, and creating a welcoming, trusted environment for customers. What you'll do

• Setting clear expectations and guiding customers through each stage of their vehicle's service or repair
• Giving regular updates in a communication style that works best for the customer
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer
• Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction
  
  Experience as a Service Advisor isn't essential - if you're eager to learn, we'll help you develop the skills you need.
However, you will need:
• At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role
• Motor trade experience, ideally in a service or aftersales environment
• Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.
• A proactive approach to meeting targets, managing your time and staying calm during peak periods
• Confident using computer systems and managing multiple tasks

  We are offering a £31,956.34 basic salary, along with a range of excellent company benefits.
