Service Advisor

The Service Advisor position is both exciting and essential to our dealership's success. You will be the link between the customer and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.,

• Setting clear expectations for customers regarding their vehicle's service or repair
• Maintaining regular communication throughout the process
• Identifying and offering additional products or services where appropriate
• Ensuring customers are fully satisfied with the work completed
• Supporting workshop efficiency through accurate job logging and coordination
  
  To be considered for this role, you must have:
• Previous customer-facing service experience (essential)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-focused approach
• The ability to manage a busy workload while meeting deadlines
• Confidence in building warm, trusted relationships
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential - we welcome applicants with transferable customer service experience who are passionate about progressing within the automotive sector.
