These hubs provide a wide range of high-quality, locally designed services for families in the six town areas: Oldbury, Smethwick, Tipton, Rowley Regis, Wednesbury, and West Bromwich. - Building lasting connections with families, We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Administrator to be part of a team who leads and coordinates administrative functions across our Sandwell Best Start Family Hubs network and related services. This role will take a lead in Data and Comms which is an essential function of the service and will operate on site at all times. This is a borough-wide role within a centralised administration function, supporting services across all hub locations. Your base location will be agreed upon appointment and will sit across Wednesbury and West Bromwich. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring services operate efficiently, remain compliant, and continue delivering positive outcomes for families. - Proven experience in data collation, data entry, auditing, and reporting.
- Experience and confidence in using social media platforms, analysing engagement, creating publicity materials, and communicating effectively with a wide range of audiences.
- Previous line management experience.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with experience supporting a range of administrative functions including front of house, finance, health & safety compliance, reporting, and general office administration.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be:
