Full Job Description
We are seeking an experiences detail-oriented Service Administrator based in Wigan to join our team and ensure seamless delivery of client services nationwide. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of engineer's diaries, materials, labour and other necessary resources required for the efficient completion of any job.
- Manage the end to end process of all reactive and pre-planned maintenance jobs from initiation to completion, to meet agreed SLAs and KPI's
- Coordination of engineer resources and labour in conjunction with other team members and Service Manager
- To answer and log incoming calls and requests from internal and external customers
- To raise purchase orders with suppliers for materials and subcontractors for labour
- To action and quote for any additional repairs highlighted from engineers via any site visit reports or service reports
- Processing engineer paperwork and costing jobs accurately
- Booking accommodation and ferries
- Updating, uploading and checking of the clients' online systems
- Effective and efficient WIP management
- To provide day to day support to the Senior Admin in call management, call handling and general administration
- Take on small work projects as and when required and see them through to successful completion
- Provide holiday cover for other administration roles
- Where possible - to assist others with tasks that may be outside of the scope of your role
- Ensure that all relevant company and legislative policies and best practices are adhered to and maintained at all times
- Adhere to H&S procedures at all times
- Support with identification of training and development of engineers
- Support compliance processes by ensuring equipment calibration records are regularly reviewed and
