Service Administrator

Vertu Land Rover Taunton is looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join our successful aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to become part of a prestigious automotive brand, working within a supportive and professional environment where no two days are the same. About the Role As our Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Service Department. Working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, the Accounts Team and manufacturer partners, you will ensure all service administration processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and processing service jobs for invoicing
• Submitting invoiced jobs in a timely manner
• Processing warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements
• Supporting customers with queries and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting the Accounts Department with service-related payments and administration
• Updating repair estimates through the vehicle health check process
• Ensuring service work completed meets manufacturer and brand standards
• Maintaining accurate records and data management systems
• Supporting the wider Service Team with day-to-day administrative duties
  
  Previous administration experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong data entry and data management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• A proactive and team-focused approach
Motor trade experience would be advantageous, as would previous experience using Kerridge/Keyloop, although this is not essential for the right candidate.
