The Last Exchange is a bold new concept from Individual Restaurants, inspired by the character and energy of London's historic markets. Combining exceptional British food, properly made drinks and genuine hospitality, we're creating a pub experience that celebrates quality, craftsmanship and great people.
We're looking for passionate, energetic and guest focused Servers to join our opening team.
What You'll Do
As a Server, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating memorable moments through warm, attentive and knowledgeable service.
You'll:
+ Welcome guests and create a fantastic first impression
+ Deliver exceptional food and drink service
+ Guide guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm
+ Recommend dishes, drinks and pairings
+ Build genuine connections with guests
+ Work closely with the Bar and Kitchen teams
+ Maintain high standards across your section
+ Support both Front of House and Back of House teams whenever required, ensuring smooth day to day operations across the venue.
+ Help create a relaxed, vibrant and memorable atmosphere

+ Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
