Full Job Description
Ilford, a womens only gym, is looking for inspiring Female Group Exercise Instructors to join our growing team. Whether you bring the heat in HIIT, the calm in yoga, or the energy in dance fitness we want to hear from you!
At Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure, we&©re committed to helping our residents and members achieve their health and fitness goals.We are looking for experienced and energetic group exercise instructors to deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive group classes across our leisure centres and community venues.
What You Will Be Doing:
Deliver dynamic and safe group exercise classes to a diverse range of participants.
Adapt your classes to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
Provide excellent customer service and always ensure participant safety.
Inspire and motivate members to enjoy their fitness journey.
Manage class registrations and provide valuable feedback.
Assist in promoting Vision&©s services and local fitness facilities.
Set up and close classes when working in community venues (an additional 30 minutes pay included).
Level 2 Exercise to Music / Group Exercise
Level 2 Group Training
Level 2 Dance Fitness
One or more of the following:
Level 2 Circuits / HIIT Fitness Certificate
Indoor / Outdoor Bootcamp Certificate
Level 2 Spinning, CIMSPA Professional Membership
First Aid Training
