Senior Youth Worker

Birmingham Youth Service is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Youth Worker to lead delivery at the Young Futures Hub, a flagship youth-led space designed to support young people to thrive, feel safe, and access positive future pathways. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 23 months.

Applicants must hold a recognised JNC youth work qualification, have significant front-line youth work experience, experience of supervising staff, and strong safeguarding knowledge. The role requires flexible working, including evenings and weekends.
