Senior Ward Clerk - Neuroscience

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and patient-focused Reception Team Leader to join our Neurosciences and TIA Clinic team. The successful candidate will lead and support the reception team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative and patient-facing services across the department., Key responsibilities include supervising reception staff, coordinating rotas and training, maintaining accurate patient records and IT systems, managing clinic administration, handling telephone enquiries, and providing a welcoming and professional service to patients, relatives, and visitors. The role also involves close liaison with multidisciplinary teams across the Trust to support efficient patient care and departmental operations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a busy healthcare environment. Previous administrative and supervisory experience is essential.
