Full Job Description

Own visual quality for Autobahn client projects and be responsible for regular visual quality design reviews on client projects
Assemble Autobahn client project design system demands for submission to the Design System Lead
Be an individual contributor and lead a client project for c.60% of your time
Execute the User Centred Design (UCD) process from start to finish and incorporate it into the delivery teams existing schedule
Be responsible and support with giving accurate effort estimations and deliver on time and to budget
Support and provide UX (User Experience) Program Leadership by managing the demand size, managing expectations, and communicate progress, risk, and issues to leadership

Bachelor's degree or higher in User Experience (UX) Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent work experience
Previous Financial Services experience preferred, but not essential
Previous experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
Familiarity of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiences
Demonstrated experience in designing and optimising user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels
Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g. Figma)
