Full Job Description

As Senior Territory Manager, you will lead the growth of an established on formulary Advanced Wound Care portfolio across your territory. Working closely with cross functional colleagues, you will shape account strategy, drive formulary pull through and play a key role in the successful launch and adoption of new products. You will balance strategic planning with high quality customer engagement, positioning the organisation as a trusted partner and first choice supplier. Key responsibilities

  • Own and deliver ambitious territory and account business plans
  • Drive formulary success, on formulary adoption and sustained usage
  • Lead territory execution of new product launches
  • Achieve agreed sales, market share and KPI objectives
  • Build and maintain senior level relationships across community and acute settings
  • Deliver compelling clinical, product and value based presentations
  • Use challenger selling techniques and data led insights to influence decision making
  • Plan and deliver customer meetings, study days and educational events
  • Share best practice, mentor colleagues and act as a senior role model
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the wound care market, products and therapy areas

  • Advanced or specialist wound care experience is essential
  • Confident use of CRM systems and sales data
