Senior Surveyor, Valuation Advisory

cash flow analysis, with extensive training provided.Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.Support the team in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.A Registered Valuer, preferably with relevant experience in commercial real estate valuation and with any experience in the industrial and logistics sector being a bonus..Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Should ideally have some experience of Argus Enterprise and possibly Argus Developer and the approach to DCF valuations, but with extensive training provided on the software JLL utilises.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.SkillsAnalytical ThinkingAttention to
