Senior Surveyor - Agency Leasing

JLL's UK Industrial & Logistics team is one of the most active in the sector, advising occupiers, investors, and developers across the full real estate lifecycle. The South Coast market is experiencing significant occupier and investor activity, and we're building the team to match that momentum. As Senior Surveyor, you'll take ownership of client instructions across the South Coast - running agency mandates independently, while working closely with the team lead and contributing to the mentorship of our apprentice surveyor. This is a role with real autonomy and a clear line of progression. What you'll do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of landlord instructions across South Coast industrial and logistics markets
• Lead lettings and disposal instructions end-to-end - from appraisal through to completion
• Advise clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key occupiers, developers, landlords, and agents in the South Coast market
• Contribute to new business development and bid activity
• Provide market commentary, appraisals, and reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
• Support and mentor the apprentice surveyor, sharing market knowledge and professional development guidance
• Work collaboratively with JLL national I&L teams on cross-regional mandates
  
  RICS qualified
• Demonstrable experience in industrial and logistics agency - South Coast or comparable regional market experience strongly preferred
• Strong transactional track record
• Confident client relationship manager, comfortable leading meetings and pitches independently
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of investment dynamics alongside occupier and development markets
• Motivated by both individual fee generation and team success
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
