Senior Surveyor

The Senior Surveyor will work within our high performing industry leading team in JLL's Central London Capital Markets team, focusing on west end offices. What this job involves:

• Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (Including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients)
• Generation of buy side idea targets
• Financial analysis of opportunities
• Pre-sale due diligence
• Pre-acquisition due diligence
• Preparation of market reports
• Property inspections and interaction with clients
  
  RICS certification minimum 1 year post qualification experience
• Need to be highly numerate with good report writing skills
• A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ideally knowledge of the London office sector and/or capital markets experience
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious, and hungry for success
