Are you seeking a career in mental health & have experience supporting people with mental health difficulties?, Senior Support Workers are vital to the CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team, providing recovery-focused support to young people and families during acute mental health crises under the supervision of qualified professionals. The role includes supporting care planning, assisting with safe transitions from inpatient settings, and helping service users build resilience and coping strategies during and after a crisis. The service operates 24/7 throughout the year. Post holders will work three or four 08:00-20:00 shifts per week, including weekends, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. Alternative working patterns cannot be accommodated. Oxfordshire's MH Urgent Care pathway includes Adult and CAMHS Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams, Emergency Department Liaison Services and the Mental Health Helpline via NHS 111. The CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment Team provides intensive, patient-centred care at home as an alternative to hospital admission, using recovery-focused psychosocial interventions to support young people and families. You will contribute to service development and evaluation.   • Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating a patient care plan alongside the qualified staff
  • Assist in identifying service users' strengths and needs in order to plan and support their recovery
  • Assist staff in evaluating the effectiveness of therapy with service users, carers and the multi-disciplinary team
  • Supply all clinical information within the required timescales to keep the teams data on the patient's electronic records up to date
  • Support patients with individual needs and choices.
