Are you an experienced and dedicated support professional looking to make a genuine difference to someone's life? We are seeking a motivated Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support for our client based in Wyre Forest / Kidderminster.
Our client has complex needs, including Cerebral Palsy, Global Developmental Delay, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. The successful candidate must be confident driving a mobility vehicle, be a competent swimmer, and demonstrate a caring, reliable, and committed approach to support work.
This role offers the opportunity to join a small, supportive team of four care workers, working collaboratively to enable our client to live as independently and actively as possible.

What we're looking for
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Full driving licence
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work
- The ability to commit to 48 hours per week on a rolling rota
- Experience supporting individuals with Cerebral Palsy and/or Global Developmental Delay (preferred but not essential)
