Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our specialist palliative care inpatient unit in Warwick. Full time and part time positions are available. You will help our patients and their loved ones to get on top of difficult symptoms, deal with any physical pain and reduce emotional distress. We provide an in-house training programme to support your professional development, including progression opportunities.
At The Myton Hospices, we provide specialist care and support for people with life-limiting illnesses, and their loved ones, from the point of diagnosis to end of life. We are a much-loved and well supported charity, at the heart of our community. We have three hospices, a range of community services, and 26 charity shops in Coventry and Warwickshire.
- Deliver high quality, evidence-based palliative care
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of patient care
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Act as a mentor for junior staff and students We would love to hear from Registered Nurses with:
- NMC registration
- Post-registration experience
- The right to work in the UK (we cannot support with sponsorship) This is a nursing role, providing adult healthcare, so it will require an enhanced DBS check, including the adults' barred list.
