Senior Staff Nurse

The successful candidate will work as a Senior Clinical Staff Nurse within an established team delivering, monitoring and evaluating current care, whilst participating in the development of new ways of working and practices both clinical and administrative to enhance the excellent service we currently provide., The Senior Clinical Staff Nurse on the Elective Surgical Unit will play a key role in maintaining and improving patient care standards.

The role will focus on ensuring high standards of patient care, safety and clinical effectiveness.
