You will contribute actively to multidisciplinary team working, attending and participating in relevant clinical and management meetings, and providing specialist Speech and Language Therapy input to care planning and decisionmaking. You will play a key role in managing swallowing programmes, including those involving PEG feeding, working collaboratively with nursing teams, kitchen staff and visiting dietitians to ensure safe swallowing practice and appropriate nutritional intake. You will also assess the need for communication aids and support residents and carers in their safe and effective use.
