key areas including employee relations, performance management, organisational change, workforce planning, compliance and controls.Act as a trusted strategic partner to assigned business areasProvide guidance across the full employee lifecycleCoach leaders to build engaged, high-performing teamsSupport compliant, business-aligned people outcomes within a regulated environmentAs our Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a champion of our company culture and values, partnering strategically across the business at varying levels to foster an engaged and high-performing workforce., As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be an integral member of our HR team. Your responsibilities will include:Strategic HR Partnership & Consulting: Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational goals, acting as a trusted advisor and coach. Provide strategic insight and guidance on key areas including organisational design, workforce planning, and performance management, guiding and enabling leaders to optimise performance, navigate change, and deliver business-aligned outcomes.Organisational Change: Guide leaders through effective organisational change and functional restructuring to achieve business objectives. Performance Management: Facilitate and coach managers and employees through our Performance+ cycle, including goal setting, feedback, reviews, compensation review cycle and performance enhancement plans. Drive performance management processes aligned to company policies, enabling leaders to build high-performing teams.Workforce
Planning: Collaborate with HRBPs, People Leaders and the Talent Team to deliver effective talent and workforce planning strategies, ensuring FCE have the right talent, with the right skills, at the right time! You'll collaborate to identify current and future needs and contribute towards solutions across recruitment, succession planning and skills development. Employee Relations: Partner with our people to manage complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance on ER matters, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. Provide regular updates on cases, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure business aligned and legally compliant approaches and outcomes. Culture: Champion a positive workplace culture and role-model our Ford OS Behaviours to contribute towards a positive employee experience, coach our leaders and employees on what good looks-like and linkage to building and sustaining high-performing teams, supporting our organisation in
delivering short and long-term objectives. Policy, Compliance and HR Operations: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and full compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements. Deliver HR programmes across the employee lifecycle, using data and insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive business outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally to provide seamless HR support, and lead projects that address complex people challenges through data-driven, strategic solutions.Legal and Regulatory Requirements: Monitor relevant changes in the legal and regulatory environment, and identifying opportunities to strengthen our people related policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance with employment laws and banking regulationsCompliance and Controls: Contribute towards the design, implementation, and maintenance of effective HR controls to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. Experience of partnering with the second line
of defence functions to develop credible regulatory submissions for our SM&CR population.HR Projects: Lead or collaborate on HR Projects, liaising with various stakeholders including global Ford HR teams to drive improvements in delivery of our People Strategy including employee experience, operational efficiency and culture.

Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner. Experience must include the full HR cycle plan, including employee relations, with a strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and Employment LawsA degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a CIPD qualification are preferred, but if you bring relevant experience and skills, we'd love to hear from youProven HR compliance experience working within a regulated, banking environment (FCA/PRA, SM&CR, Employment Law, Compliance/Controls)Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels and coach leaders for success, with high-integrity and a customer-focused approach A collaborative mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong team spirit, ability to coach and guide at varying levels, collaboratively share ideas to support delivering HR excellenceProblem-solving, conflict resolution and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HCM
systemsExperience 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years' experience as a HR Business Partner
