Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (PICU & NICU)

As a Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for working across all aspects of the core pharmacy services which may include provision of medicines management, advice and evidence-based practice to our Paediatric inpatients and outpatients, patient services, and risk management and clinical governance. This role will be ward based with ad-hoc dispensary cover when required.
