Senior Sourcing & Supplier Manager

We're Hiring: Senior Sourcing & Supplier Manager (IT) Remote | 12-Month FTC Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30

Overall Purpose of the Job:Deliver effective sourcing and third-party risk management ensuring that goods and services are sourced cost effectively and third-party risks are managed within the IT category, Lead IT sourcing strategy across renewals, new contracts, and supplier selectionManage stakeholder relationships, influencing commercial decisions and ensuring policy alignmentOwn category spend, driving cost savings and value deliveryManage key supplier relationships, ensuring performance, innovation, and service qualityEmbed and support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) across the supplier lifecycleProvide governance, reporting, and oversight to ensure compliance and risk control

ExperienceStrong experience in IT sourcing / category management within a regulated Financial Services EnvironmentProven track record in complex negotiations and contract managementExperience in TPRM and regulated environmentsCommercially driven with strong stakeholder influencing skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to drive cost optimisation and supplier performanceExcellent Presentation Skills
