Senior Solutions Architect, Automotive & Manufacturing

As a trusted customer advocate, the Global Solutions Architect (SA) develops the technology strategy for one of our largest global enterprise customers in a complex and multi-faceted environment. You will interface with both senior executive leaders and cloud architects on a daily basis to build relationships and enable them as cloud advocates. You will help the customer become an AI-Enabed Enterprise by implementing leading-edge technologies, designing advanced cloud-based solutions, adopting cloud best practice designs, and modernizing enterprise workloads in the cloud. You will partner with various AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible and resilient cloud architectures that solve customer business problems, build mindshare, and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. In collaboration with the sales team, you will drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth across a wide portfolio of technologies.

As part of the broader SA community you will capture and share best practices with your peers, generate internal and external technical content, and participate in hiring activities to grow the community., 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience, Experience architecting/operating solutions built on AWS
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience with hands-on building of GenAI-based solutions or architectures
