With no hurdles, and no caps, you are rewarded for the success of every case you bring to completion.ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to graveHandling both pre-issue and litigated fast track and multi-track mattersConducting legal research and providing clear, commercial legal adviceDrafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documentsNegotiating settlements

with opponents and insurersProgressing cases efficiently through litigationRepresenting clients at court where requiredWorking in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentCollaborating with colleagues to achieve the best outcomesKeeping up to date with developments in relevant law and practiceSupporting junior team membersPerson SpecificationQualified Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalent experience (5-8+ PQE)Proven track record of managing a litigated OL/PL claimant caseloadExperience handling cases from inception to trial or disposalStrong knowledge of the Civil Procedure RulesExperience handling fast track and multi-track OL/PL claimsStrong negotiation and advocacy skillsAbility to manage a busy caseload independentlyCommercial and client-focused approachProclaim experience (advantageous)Tenacity, enthusiasm, and a proactive mindsetSalary & HoursA basic salary of £55,000-£70,000, dependent on experience.Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am
