Due to continued growth, we are seeking an ambitious and talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Reading. The successful candidate will handle a varied and challenging caseload of contentious matters, advising a broad range of commercial and private clients. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to develop your expertise while building strong client relationships. contactsPlaying an active role in the growth and strategic development of the departmentSupporting and mentoring junior lawyersWorking alongside specialists across the firm, including our highly successful Real Estate teamPlaying an active role in business development initiatives and contributing to the continued success and growth of the team About You:We are interested in hearing from solicitors who are:Qualified Solicitors in England and WalesIdeally 6 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range with relevant experience will be consideredExperienced in managing a dispute resolution caseloadCommercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communicators with a client-focused approachHighly organised with strong attention to detailEnthusiastic team players who are keen to contribute to business development activitiesInterested in contributing to the future leadership and growth of a successful teamCollaborative, approachable, and committed to
