Help HubSpot's internal sales teams become the most efficient and effective in the industry by creating AI-powered tools to eliminate repetitive tasks, enhance collaboration, and drive consistent deal progression. Our goal is to enable each sales rep to improve deal velocity, adopt best practices seamlessly, and spend more time engaging with prospects/customers, providing an excellent buying experience. We aim to create a HubSpot CRM that will be an AI-powered Deal partner for our Sales Reps that aligns around three key themes: Assist, Guide, and Coach.,
- Design, build, and evaluate new features and tools that drive revenue and help businesses grow better
- Collaborate in a diverse, cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, designers, and researchers, where everyone's input is valued
- Work closely with different teams across HubSpot, from product to research, to ensure a seamless experience for our users
- Help SMBs achieve their goals through enhancements you've brought to life in our products
- Gain a deep understanding of how HubSpot functions as a business, positioning yourself for both personal and professional growth
We're not looking for specific tech stacks - we're looking for passionate problem solvers who are excited to make an impact. You might be a great fit if you: - Have backend development experience and are comfortable working with Java, MySQL, AWS, DropWizard, Kafka, Kubernetes, or similar technologies (though expertise in specific tools isn't a deal-breaker)
- Are deeply user-focused and empathetic, understanding the challenges our customers face and how they move through our product
- Have a passion for AI with experience either in a professional manner or with personal projects.
- Enjoy tackling both technical challenges and business problems, and thrive when you're close to the action in our go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate well with others, take ownership of your work, and are eager to "figure things out" in a supportive, innovative environment
- Have demonstrated the ability to solve complex technical problems while weighing tradeoffs, with a deep understanding of developer experience and business needs
