About the Role

Are you a seasoned technical leader looking to architect solutions that drive strategic business growth? Epos Now is expanding its Engineering department in Norwich! We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to spearhead a major new initiative.

In this senior role, you will take high-level technical ownership and drive a critical, fully funded milestone: the end-to-end Delivery of our Embedded Accountancy Project. • Strong background building or integrating complex APIs, data pipelines, microservices, or financial/ledger systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical requirements, design scalable software systems, and provide technical guidance to a developing team.

  • Proximity or willingness to work from our Norwich Head Office (Unit 7).
