Job Summary

Are you an experienced Senior Software Engineer ready to make an immediate impact? This hands-on role requires someone capable of working independently and contributing to the design, development, and support of scalable applications. The team works closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions. Working Arrangement

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the office. Any UK office can serve as a base location.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support scalable software solutions using modern engineering best practices


• Work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment


• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical colleagues to meet business needs


• Write clean, maintainable code and robust unit tests in line with coding standards


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performance and integration challenges


• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team collaboration

Candidate Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in a similar software engineering role


• Strong hands-on experience with Angular


• Proven expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript


• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of delivery


• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical colleagues


• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering maintainable software solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or developing AI-enabled solutions


• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot


• Python experience


• A proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong sense of accountability


• Experience contributing to modern, scalable application environments
