Senior Shift Production Manager

We're looking for an experienced Senior Shift Production Manager to lead day-to-day depot operations in Seven Kings. You'll work alongside dedicated professionals ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery that helps keep London moving. Your role, your impact

• Lead and manage production teams to deliver high-quality maintenance services on time and within
• budget.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with manuals, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate closely with planning, engineering, and operational teams to meet service objectives.
• Foster strong leadership and communication practices across shift operations.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility - ensuring safe, world-class operations as a Senior Shift Production Manager.


• Proven track record of managing maintenance or production operations in a complex, safety-critical environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and motivating diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of mechanical or electrical systems and maintenance planning.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Achievement of safety, quality, and performance targets across production shifts.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration across depot and head office functions.
