Full Job Description

As a senior practitioner, you will also play a key leadership role, line managing other practitioners, providing mentorship, and supporting the ongoing development of the team and service. You'll work both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team, building strong partnerships with statutory and voluntary sector organisations to extend the reach and impact of our sexual health offer across Redbridge. Our sexual health practitioners are central to ensuring that people who are often hardest to reach can access compassionate, non-judgemental care in the places and spaces that feel accessible to them. You won't just be delivering clinical interventions, you'll be helping people to make informed choices about their health, feel safe enough to seek support, and access the wider care they need. We're looking for someone who brings specialist knowledge, a trauma-informed approach, and the confidence to work with complexity. If you're a skilled practitioner who leads with empathy, champions inclusion, and is ready to make a real difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you.
