Full Job Description
- Oversee and support multiple supported living services
- Lead service development, start-ups and transitions in partnership with Locality and New Business teams
- Ensure services meet or exceed CQC and regulatory standards
- Coach, mentor and develop Registered Managers, Service Managers and frontline teams
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and professionals
- Manage budgets, risks, quality assurance and continuous service improvement
- Contribute to regional Senior Management Team discussions
- Lead or support complex HR investigations when required
Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) - Management/Leadership qualification (Level 3+)
- Experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- Multi-site management experience within complex needs services
- Strong knowledge of person-centred, trauma-informed practice
- Experience with safeguarding, inspections and statutory authorities
- Financial and people management experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle Skills & Attributes
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Calm, resilient and values-driven
- Passionate about empowering people with complex needs
- High standards of integrity, professionalism and accountability
