Full Job Description
You'll act as the link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring that every interaction is clear, supportive, and stress-free. From welcoming customers and setting expectations, to keeping them updated and making sure they leave happy with the service they've received, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of satisfaction.,
- Managing customer communication throughout the service or repair process
- Clearly setting expectations and providing timely updates
- Advising on additional products or services that may benefit the customer
- Meeting targets while maintaining exceptional service levels
- Following up to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their experience
To be considered for this role, it's essential that you have: - Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in a main dealership
- A full UK driving licence
