What You'll Be Doing As our Senior Park Warden Couple, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the park and become trusted deputies to the Park Managers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting holiday home sales and welcoming prospective buyers
• Creating engaging social media content to showcase the park
• Assisting with holiday home siting and pitch development
• Delivering exceptional customer service to owners and visitors
• Reception duties and handling telephone and email enquiries
• General park maintenance and presentation
• Gardening and grounds maintenance
• Cleaning communal facilities and holiday home sales stock
• Supporting touring and camping guests
• Leading the team when Park Managers are off duty
• Helping maintain the high standards our owners and guests expect

We're seeking a motivated couple who are:
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
• Confident communicators with strong leadership skills
• Enthusiastic about sales and building relationships
• Practical, hands-on and proactive
• Comfortable using social media
• Flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays during peak season
• Hold full UK driving licences (both applicants)
Previous holiday park experience is highly desirable. Sales experience is an advantage-but if you've got the right personality and attitude, we'll provide full training.
