Full Job Description

The role involves:

  • Designing and executing robust test strategies
  • Managing regression and automation suites
  • Supporting release management activities
  • Working collaboratively within cross-functional DevOps teams
  • Identifying and managing defects and testing risks
  • Providing demos and stakeholder engagement throughout delivery

    • We're looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Test Engineer to support a large-scale digital transformation programme, working across enterprise-level Salesforce platform deliveries. This role will suit someone with strong hands-on experience across Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, integration testing, and Agile delivery environments. You'll play a key role in ensuring quality across the full software lifecycle, working closely with developers, analysts, and wider delivery teams. Key experience required:
  • Strong Salesforce/SFDC testing experience
  • Functional, integration, UAT and exploratory testing
  • Automation testing using Playwright, BDD, Cucumber or similar frameworks
  • API testing using Postman or Rest Assured
  • Experience testing JavaScript and React-based applications
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD and BDD practices
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Ability to mentor junior testers and contribute to testing strategy
    • Desirable experience:
  • Salesforce Admin certification or strong recent Salesforce programme exposure
  • Experience with Conga templates
  • Experience with FinDock and GoCardless payment gateways
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript or Apex
  • Digital transformation project experience
