Senior Sales Negotiator

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. You will play a key part in driving the success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and deliver a high level of customer service

Generate and book market appraisals/valuations

Register applicants and match them to suitable properties

Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors

Negotiate offers and agree sales

Progress sales through to completion

Provide regular vendor feedback

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful independent estate agency in Wotton-under-Edge. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with at least 12 months' experience in residential estate agency who is looking to progress within a high-performing and supportive team., Minimum 12 months' experience as a Sales Negotiator (essential)

Proven track record in estate agency sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Target-driven and commercially aware

Well organised with good attention to detail

Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Full UK driving licence (essential)

5 days per week

Weekdays: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Saturdays: 9:00am - 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
