Full Job Description
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Present and recommend products professionally
- Convert customer interactions into sales
- Increase average transaction value through effective upselling
- Actively contribute towards achieving store sales targets
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store sales - Strong communication, persuasion and closing skills
- Proven ability in upselling and cross-selling
- Comfortable working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to deliver a premium customer experience
- Good command of English
- Arabic language skills are preferred
- Professional, well presented and results oriented, In addition to the base hourly rate, performance based sales commission is available upon achieving agreed sales targets. If you have at least 3 years of retail sales experience, a strong sales mindset and the ability to deliver excellent customer service, we would be pleased to hear from you.
