Senior Rotational Occupational therapist

An exciting opportunity has risen for a motivated and flexible existing Band 5 Occupational therapist with relevant experience in the acute hospital setting to join the Band 6 rotation at North Middlesex University Hospital. If you are looking for dynamic fast pace working environment within supportive and integrated therapy services this is the right role for you., The post holder will provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for allocated patient caseload in relevant clinical setting.

The post holder will provide support and clinical supervision to junior staff e.g. rotational band 5 occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants and OT students on clinical placements.

The post holder will be an active member of the multidisciplinary team and participate in service developments, audits, and service reviews, as well as work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals in facilitating timely and safe discharges/preventing hospital admissions.

The post holder will deputise for Team Leader, in their absence.
