To lead a room to support the effective management and operation of the nursery.Role model and deliver high-quality childcare and support children's overall development .Support and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment. Role model and promote equality and inclusion for all children., Main responsibilitieso Work with and support children to provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual careo Work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play,learn and developo Work as part of a team to give support to other team members throughout the settingo Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents
