Senior Revenues Services Officer

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Revenues Services Officer to join our dedicated Revenues & Welfare Services team

This is an exciting opportunity to build on your existing experience while developing specialist knowledge in Council Tax, Non-Domestic Rates and debt recovery within a supportive local government environment

As a Senior Revenues Services Officer, you will play a key role in administering Council Tax, National Non-Domestic Rates and Sundry Debtor accounts. Working within a busy service, you will make informed decisions on liability, discounts, exemptions, payment arrangements and recovery action, ensuring legislation and council policies are applied accurately and fairly.

You will also provide technical support and guidance to colleagues, respond to customer enquiries, maintain the integrity of revenues databases and contribute to the efficient collection of income that funds vital local services.
