Senior Restaurant Manager - London

As Senior Restaurant Manager, you will be one of the operational leaders responsible for driving the daily success of one of London's busiest premium restaurants. Working closely with the General Manager, senior leadership team and Head Office, you will inspire a large front-of-house team, maintain exceptional service standards and create an environment where both guests and employees thrive. The Senior Restaurant Manager will lead by example on the floor, developing managers and supervisors, driving commercial performance and ensuring every service reflects the energy, warmth and attention to detail that defines Los Mochis. This role requires someone who thrives in high-volume premium hospitality and is passionate about developing people as much as delivering outstanding guest experiences. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading daily restaurant operations across multiple service periods.
• Coaching, mentoring and developing Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers and Supervisors.
• Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork and genuine hospitality.
• Ensuring consistently exceptional guest experiences through visible floor leadership.
• Driving financial performance, productivity and labour efficiency.
• Monitoring service standards and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen, bar, reservations and events teams.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of the front-of-house team.
• Managing employee engagement, retention and performance.
• Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety, food safety and compliance.
