Senior Residential Support Workers - Manchester Area (Multiple Locations)
We're currently recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers across Stockport, Middleton, and Oldham - with 3 brand-new services opening!
If you're an experienced support worker ready to step up (or already operating at senior level), this is a brilliant opportunity to join growing services right at the start.
Role Details
- Position: Senior Residential Support Worker
- Locations: Stockport, Middleton & Oldham
- Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off
- Pay: £14.50 per hour
- Sleep Rate: £50 per sleep-in
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
- Experience working within children's residential settings
- Confident supporting young people with complex needs
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership qualities
