- Providing direct care and support to children and young people
- Ensuring the safety, welfare, and well-being of children in the home
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Supporting children to attend appointments and activities
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation using IT systems

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification Experience Required: Experience working with children in a residential setting, Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Care Worker who is passionate about supporting children and young people. The successful candidate will: - Have experience working with children in a residential setting
- Hold a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to a vehicle insured for business use
- Be able to build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and child-centred care
- Be confident working as part of a multidisciplinary team
