  • Providing direct care and support to children and young people

  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans
  • Supporting children to attend appointments and activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation using IT systems
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and professionals to achieve positive outcomes

    Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Experience Required: Experience working with children in a residential setting, Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Care Worker who is passionate about supporting children and young people. The successful candidate will:
  • Have experience working with children in a residential setting
  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Have access to a vehicle insured for business use
  • Be able to build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people
  • Have a strong understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and child-centred care
  • Be confident working as part of a multidisciplinary team
